You can delete your account yourself in the app, at any time. If you no longer have the app, email us and we will do it for you.
In the app
- Open Saral CRM and go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll down and tap Delete my account.
- Confirm it is you, with your password or by choosing your Google account again.
If you own a business that other people work in, the app first asks whether to hand the business to one of them or close it.
Without the app
Email patildeep220220@gmail.com from the email address you use to sign in, with the subject "Delete my Saral CRM account". We reply within 24 hours and complete the deletion within 7 days. Sending it from that address is how we know the request is really yours.
What is deleted

What stays, and why
If you work in someone else's business, the customers, notes, follow-ups and team chat messages you added belong to that business, so they stay with it after you leave. Customers that were assigned to you become unassigned. Notes and chat messages you wrote still show your name, as part of the business's own record.
